Background Information
 Who is CEO? Example
 How long has company been in existence?
 What is the main product?
 Know their competitors?

Conversation
 Eye contact at all times
 Answer questions brief and to the point
 When interviewers ask you, “ Do you have a question?” Have one.

Body Language Don’ts
 Don’t ever yarn
 Don’t fickle hands or fingers
 Keep hands out of pockets
 Never smoke even if offered

Body Language Do’s
 Remain still during the duration of interview
 Let interviewer sit first-then you sit
 Compliment family pictures, ornaments on desk before interview starts

Be Involved
 Ask about probation period
 Ask about promotions
 Show interest in longevity
 Inquire about company benefits

Closing Do’s
 Thank interviewer for his/her time {Valuable}
 Hand shake must remain tight
 Let interviewer put hand out first
 Ask for lob directly with eye contact
 Don’t respond until interviewer does

Closing Don’ts
 Don’t end interview!!!
 Don’t stand out of chair before interviewer does
 Refrain from excessive nepotism

Follow Up
 Call twice a week for update
 Call after lunch for best results
 Always leave name with Mr./ Mrs.
 Don’t stop in without appointment in some cases
